Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you absolute control over your email box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the mailbox account you want to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
